Opened in the summer of 2006 to replace the aging University Hall, the University of Virginia now holds its basketball games, concerts and other events in this 16,000 seat arena. Built almost entirely from a private donation, it takes its name from a former alumni, and not the Revolutionary War naval hero. It shouldn't be hard for fans to find, since it's right across the street from the old facility.

It took so much less time than I would have imagined to get out after the concert. Awesome experience.
Great night and Stevie Nicks was awesome! We were a little disappointed the Pretenders had to cancel due to illness. Stevie more than made up for their absence, performing for two hours and forty minutes.
I loved this concert with my daughter Julie Smith .......thanx babe.
Stevie put on an amazing show. It was very disappointing that The Pretenders could not play. They really should have had a backup. Still hoping to get some sort of refund or possibly a discount on future tickets at JPJ and/or for The Pretenders if they come back to the area again.
