Brilliant service! Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everyone was extremely patient and walked me through all my options answering any questions I had. Lovely small family retailer and would highly recommend going!
I own a Rolex Submariner, which had suffered a catastrophe some four decades ago from which I did not believe it could be resurrected. After all this time I decided I could not just leave it there, so I took it into John Pass’s to see what could be done with it if anything, and whether or not I could afford it. I am so glad I did.
