Worst customer service ever. Had a Saturday appointment for inspection and oil change and airbag replacement for my mustang. Dropped it off 7:30 am was told would be called when done. 3pm no call. I call them and get sent to voicemail twice. Finally get a call back from a guy floundering for words..obviously trying to get his lies straight about how a new kid they hired misplaced my keys and paperwork and they never did the work nor would they and could they do it Monday. I had begun to research several vehicles and made my way to JK Ford on a nice Saturday afternoon . Thinking that Saturday would be very busy and no one would even have time for me I just got out of my car and was immediately welcomed by a salesman ( DJ ) who then spent almost 3 hours with me. Make an appointment for a Saturday a 2016 Ford Transit 250, then get a call 2 days later that they can't do it on a Saturday cause they only work half days in the truck shop. Good ole Ford mentality, glad I drive a Chevy for my personal car. You lost a service customer today. Hate Ford, and their customer service is total crap!!!!
My 2017 Ford Fusion Energi's engine light came on, brought it in with no appointment at 7:30 in the morning they took it right away and had it back to by 5 that day, always great service no matter what, Tim Taylor your the best, thanks for being a true professional!!!
they were condescending, didn't listen to my needs, they weren't busy, never received a call back, have owned many fords in my life, don't think i ever will again, i would give no stars if possible
