Had a battery failure on my 2012 Fusion after 21 months. Brought it in and was back on the road with a new battery in less than an hour. Credit for the unused part of the warranty. Good work by Tim Taylor and the service group.

Had a smooth and great experience today buying a new Escape. DK helped me out and was friendly and helpful. I feel like I got a good fair deal with no haggling. Everyone was friendly and tolerant of my four year old son and his impatient explorations around the showroom.
Best experience I've ever had buying a car. I drove over an hour from NJ for a preowned Nissan. Pete Gonzalez was great, forthcoming, and worked out a good deal. I'd make the drive again for next car.
Called at 12pm with a transition problem with my 2012 Ford Focus. Not only did they take a look at it that same afternoon, I literally just picked it up at 6pm. New part installed. Within six hours of calling. They even checked the rest of my car and VACUUMED it as well. BEYOND pleased. SUPERB customer service. Thank you to Dan who squeezed me in as well as everyone else there.
