RecommendedI recently bought a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited at this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager Dan McDonald and the Sales and Leasing associate David Althouse did not have what I was looking for at first, but within a few days they were able to find exactly what I wanted. RecommendedBest car service experience I have ever had. I needed my car horn replaced, but received so much more. The staff is friendly and extremely efficient. They treat you like an individual while you enjoy the benefits of a large dealership. And the service prices were extremely competitive, especially considering the quality service that they offer. Have been dealing with this dealership for years. I buy my cars from John O. and always have them serviced at Kennedy. They tell me if I need something I ask about or if it it not necessary. Can't imagine buying a car or having it serviced anywhere else. The people ( Sam or Chris) in maintenance are friendly and always helpful.
The service on my wife's 2017 Ford Escape was done promptly. Ron Kohn was terrific!
I took my 2016 Ford Edge to John Kennedy Ford on the Fairway in Jenkintown and received exceptional customer service from Samuel. I’ve gone to that location several times and the customer service that they provide is simply the best!
