John Kennedy Ford of Conshohocken quoted me $3,200 to replace a water pump. It was explained to me that the car might not ever run right after the repair and I should spend over $8,000 to replace the engine. Made three phone calls & found a mechanic that will do the job for under $1,200 and will Guarantee the repair. Shame on you John Kennedy Ford, shame on you. I'll never do business with you again.

Their service department is the worst, they see you standing there for 20 minutes and they continue on with their own conversations. 3 desks and 2 guys were on the phone which is understandable and the 3rd guy was just talking to his own guys. After he was done with his conversation he finally asked me if I needed help in the rudest way possible, after telling him what I needed I needed to repeat the information again because he wasn’t paying attention the first time, it was almost comical. When searching for a pre-owned Ford Escape in the area, John Kennedy Ford had the biggest selection of quality vehicles. We ended up purchasing from them and feel we got a great deal.
