I stopped in for an air-bag recall on my 2009 Ford Fusion but my dream for a long time was to return to the Explorer badge as I had one in 2001. I couldn't be more happy with David Althouse who guided me to a new 2020 Explorer. I didn't really think I could afford one so I was really not planning on getting one, just dreaming. Was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. To the point within five minutes of walking onsite dealing with them I'd wished I never chose them to deal with my issues Just an FYI to skip over them when it comes to buying a car or getting your warranty deals honored.
