I just sold my 2009 Nissan Cube to this dealership. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a car dealer. The appraisal specialist that helped me couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend this business. And ask for Cece Sanchez. You can't go wrong with her. It only took about an hour! So kudos to her.

When I first went to them Ellison showed me a car and I really liked it but I wanted to look around. They never hassled me so I went back and bought a car from Ellison. Everyone was helpful and efficient.
Service- terrible, sales- terrible. Do not wast your time with this dealership they will sale you crap. When it comes to repairs, you may as well plan on visiting every month until your warranty runs out so they can charge you. BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. one star is too much. STAY AWAY!!!
WISH I COULD RATE '0'!!! Put a deposit down on a truck that I was told was in "pristine" condition. Drove 4 hrs, one way, to purchase vehicle. As soon as I walked up to it I could see the hail damage! Also learn that one bedside had been replaced (also still had obvious damage on it). Then I find out the "newly installed" tires were worn to half tread. Have never seen a more unorganized, misinformed, unprofessional group of sales people in my life. I brought my car in two weeks ago for an oil change. My paper work stated my tires were 4/32. I went ahead and scheduled an appt. to have four new "all season tires" put on this past Monday (4/25). Thursday, I felt my steering wheel vibrate/shake as I was going down hill (yes, I'm aware of what to do when driving downhill).
