Took my car in for an oil change and a week later it’s overheating
Best place I have ever bought a car. Tell you everything no if ands or buts at this place. Nikki Wilson and Rocio Alvidrez were awesome. Highly recommend go in and see them in Englewood. Thanks guys!!!
They sold us a lemon, 8 months into having it $1300 of service needed. The warranty does not cover nothing on used cars, which we were.explained differently! They got over on us. No one tried to help. The issues I feel we're pre-existing issues. So we are out $1300... They gave us the run around... They said s/b covered... Others said no.... Excellent service, awesome attitudes regardless of how busy they are.
We had an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. We received a good price for the vehicle in which we were interested and the staff was very helpful. Of special note was Jessica Penner, the young lady who sold us the car. She was helpful and informative. The US Post Office lost a certified letter with our title in it (we live in Wyoming) but Cheryl in their great title department jumped right on it and fixed the problem. We will definitely drive the miles to deal with Elway!!
If you go there once they will harass you until the end of time, phone calls (sometimes multiple in the same day), text messages (sometimes multiple in the same day), it's just ridiculous. Most people don't mind a call once in a while as a reminder that service may be needed but what you do is complete harassment. I will go elsewhere from now on.
2 hours and counting for them to do paperwork! WTF! The guy ahead of me has been here for 4 hours. Sales person Jessica was great. Finance department needs help or something.
It's been a while since we bought a car or truck at a dealer and what a great expierence! Patrick was our Sales Associate and did a fantastic job showing us the exact vehicles we were interested in and was so knowledgeable about all the engine, transmission, etc. for the trucks we test drive! Nikki made the whole financial transaction fast and painless! If you like easy going people and not the high pressure sales types, this is the place for you to buy a new or used vehicle! I give the whole experience an A+!
