RecommendedI had my traverse serviced here last week and was very pleased with everyone. I parked in the wrong area and was greeted by a salesperson named Rob. Once I told him why I was there, he helped me figure my way around the lot and helped me get to the service department. From there the service department was also very friendly, I was offered a water by more than one person while I waited. Best of all, they even washed my car! I will be coming back for all of my car maintenance.

Took in for oil change and minor repair. They usually check your fluids. Wellll went to church this morning engine overheated 🥵 and all coolant was gone from the container and my engine overheated. Got coolant to put in and now it just runs out on the ground (hose broke?). Can’t drive so depending on Elway to come and pick up. Only has 14500 miles should be a warranty repair. We’ll see

Took my Chevy Cruz there for over heating problems. They changed the water pump, but I had to return a few days later for over heating again. They claimed to have fixed it. A few days later again, it over heats and now want to charge me for $2800 for a new head gasket, possibly $4000 for a new motor. They obviously didn’t fix the problem correctly the 1st or 2nd trip. Now I’m without a car and they won’t stand by their work.
