To say my experience with dealership was awful would be putting it lightly. Under no circumstance would I recommend them. I am still left shocked, upset and completely dismayed by how bad this really was. Shame on y'all for doing this to people. I was very direct and honest with you during the process and I was lied to and left completely stranded, during a global pandemic, in return. I came in your dealership with a car and the ability to go to my essential job. 3 weeks later I'm left carless and in turn jobless.

I purchased a preowned vehicle here 3 months ago and I have been back to the dealer at least twice a month - sometimes more- for service. My check engine light keeps coming on and they keep saying it’s fixed. Tried going to a different Chevy dealer they don’t wNt to deal with another dealers car even though under warranty. I’d never buy another car here. Every time I leave a review that is bad I get a phone call from someone at GM and Chevy and yet I am STILL having all of these problems. We purchased a new 2020 Tahoe a few months back, the sales team was great and we got a great deal on the car. Fast forward a few months and we had an issue come up wh were we had to deal with their auto body shop. To say John Elway went above and beyond service would be an understatement. We were definitely going to be return customers but after todays experience we will be customers for life. Thanks for the help.

You could improve by telling you’re techs not to say racist stuff. You’re tech by collision center said something I’m not gonna put on here but it had to do with Mexicans. and I will not identify myself I was there to get my car worked on and was walking by and over heard him talking and I will not be going back there if he is there.
