I am not happy with my experience as I bought a 2018 Bolt and the trim on the drivers side of the car for some unknown reason appears warped or distorted. This car has been in the garage and has very low mileage. There is no reason in my mind why the trim would appear distorted. I have not received any help on this matter and have not had the time to call GM. Could anyone help with this matter? I do not believe I should have to pay for something I did not do.

Don’t buy a truck from these guys.. Long story short went to buy a truck and ended up backing out because lights came on like a fire truck check engine etc.. so i backed out also wanted to make sure i got rid of current truck on a trade.. (dealing with to much negative equity) anyways dealership closes at 9.. current truck was fine at 930 when i got home.. wake up the next day to find my current truck keyed front to back on both sides.. and my truck was the only one in the entire complex.. coincidence? The people that work there are all friendly. I had some problems with my last car and they did what they could to get me in a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze. I was there for hours but we finally made a deal on the car that fit my budget.
They were extraordinary!!! Wow so impressed with the service the people there were sooo patient and kind. I’ve never had this good of an experience at a car dealership! I found the perfect car for me :) ☺️ the coffee machine was pretty great also;)
