We started at John Elway Chevy to look at used cars and felt we could get a better deal elsewhere so we shopped around only to find the level of service and customer experience to be lack luster everywhere else. Back to our awesome sales lady, Nikki we went. Not only did we get good customer service but a great deal as well. We had to bring our 3 kids with us and the dealership was so accommodating. Thanks you made returning customers out of us down the road!!
I have to say this was the absolute Best car buying experience I have ever had! We were in a tough situation due to an accident in a blizzard and needed something fast. Sara contacted me immediately and we had a new vehicle in a matter of days. She is incredible and worked very hard for us. Thank you Sara! You Rock!!!
I'm always worried about getting ripped off at dealerships, thanks to past experiences with both Chevrolet and Toyota dealership service departments. My truck needed some fairly substantial repairs to be in running condition. They were up front, honest about what HAD to be done and what was suggestion, and even came in under their quote. Never fun spending money on repairs but they made it as pleasant as they possibly could have.
Ellison and his team were awesome! From the first conversation to driving off the lot I felt very comfortable with the whole thing! Everyone was very friendly and they made sure to double and triple check that I was ok with everything. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for an honest deal! And I must give commends to Mike in Finance, he was super friendly and great at his job. And Justin as well was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my car features!
You guys simply amazed me today. I'm always skeptical about auto dealers because my past experiences. But TJ did awesome. I had been working with him via email by I live a bit away. He got me approved but I wasn't happy with vehicle so I asked him to look into some more and sure enough he got me a car I love. no pressure from anyone there and they offered my family drinks the whole time we were there....I will definitely shop there again
Initial interaction started out on shaky ground. When I called and spoke to sales manager Joshua Betoncamp, everything was handled in a very straightforward and professional manner. I am extremely happy with everything now. Special thanks to Justin Alvarez and to business manager Mike for going out of their way to make sure things were taken care of to my satisfaction!
