I bought a 2015 Equinox July 31st. The salesman was very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Mr Justin Alvidrez is the guy to go to when shopping for a vehicle. Not only did he work hard to get me the best deal but he also made sure that I understood every aspect of purchasing this vehicle. Justin Alvidrez is the only car salesman that I will buy from. I had also heard through the grapevine that his future wife Jaime is also a wonderful saleswoman to work with.
Service dept tore my truck apart before they figured out they didn't have the right parts in stock. Now I'm heading up to the mountains for the weekend without my 4-wheel drive vehicle.
I just purchased a car from Justin Ling and had the best experience! Everyone at this dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. No fake salesman bullshit, just an honest straight forward deal. I got a first car for my daughter, a beautiful 2010 Chevy Malibu at a great price. If you live in Colorado and are looking for a car I highly recommend this dealership and especially Justin. Just tell him Donna Pearson sent you.
Bob is the service department treated me top notch. We had some air conditioner issues while traveling. I randomly called this place because John Elway is awesome. On the phone he said swing in this weekend I take care of you. Bob got me right in worked on my car for an hour then talked baseball with us for a while. I asked him what I owed and he said "didn't I say I'd take care of you, go enjoy your sons games." people don't do stuff like that very often where I live. Thanks
Not happy with my service bought a car 2 after two days it over heated. Was told they would check in with me and I have to continually call. I almost want to ask for a working car. Everyone has been nice I'm just not happy how this is happening.

They did a pretty fair deal for me on a Volt lease. However, I traded in my fully paid off 2008 Hybrid Altima on that deal for an agreed upon $6900.00 I only used $3900 of the trade equity to get the Volt. I still have a $3000.00 credit coming to me. Its been two weeks and nobody will talk to me. The car is for sale on their lot right now...They tell me they cant give me the $3000.00 until Title comes in...How can they sell the car on their lot if they have no Title?
