They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Dr. Cassara really went above and beyond to make me feel special. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease and helped me feel completely comfortable. I will continue to visit for routine adjustments.
I was pleased after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. Many times the doctor runs late but it seems it is because of the care he takes with each patient. I will return and have confidence in Dr. Cassara, but sometimes my work schedule dictates whether or not I am able to wait. I would schedule an first of day or end of day appointment if you are crunched for time.
