Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this chiropractor offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to further your recovery? Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
