Saleem Khan/John Barkers took money from a cancer patient without her sons knowledge - then refused to do the work and refused to give the money back. saleem appeared totally disinterested (lazy?) throughout and just before the trial had written only 3 lines on a notepad with what seemed like very little knowledge of the case.
