THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. Christy, a manager I spoke with, from the claims department was EXTREMLY rude. Every time I called for information about my claim, they spoke to me like I was a child. They did not seem interested in helping me. HORRIBLE. YOU HAVE TO CALL 100XS TO FOLLOWUP ON EVERYTHING ON YOUR CLAIM EVEN WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT FAULT. THERE IS NOT DIRECT CONTACT PERSON IT'S ALWAYS A DIFFERENT PERSON . THIS ISURANCE IS A NIGHTMARE!! I WILL DEFINITELY CHANGE ON THE COMING YEAR.
State Farm in ******* ****** ******** is horrible. They changed owners and have gone downhill ever since. Our family has 6 adults insured through them for 8+ years and everyone is ready to leave the entire company.
I am not insured through State Farm luckily, but I have had the worse ongoing experience with them. My car was totaled by an individual who is insured through them and they did admit fault. My insurance unfortunately was not going to take the claim because the other person admitted fault and they wanted me to go through State Farm for them to handle the claim. WORST experience with an insurance Company in my 33 years of driving and I used to be a State Farm customer (never will be again). I was involved in an accident (no fault of my own, the State Farm driver got a ticket for the accident). Since the State Farm customer was clearly at fault, I filed the claim myself with State Farm instead of going through my insurance Company so I'm not out my deductible for several months. A State Farm customer hit me head-on in an intersection, admitted fault to the police and me (it’s in the police report too!) so I filed an online claim and I’ve not heard back, I didn’t even get a confirmation email. I’ve tried to check on the claim, but they don’t have a record or they wanted me to log-in, I tried to register for a login, but when I go to login it can’t find my account. Last night my family went to The Next Big Thing to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. The state farm tent seemed fun and cool until the GROWN MEN started arguing with my son about whey he could have a toy fan. I did promotions for years and never would have considered treating people like that. Please think twice about who you send to events in the future. These guys did not do your company justice.
So i get a letter about a dead vine on the side of my house and state farm says they will not renew my insurance next year if it not remove
Had an accident in my 2021 BMW 330i and STATEFARM tells the shop that is working on my vehicle that the insurance company wants the shop to use junk yard parts to fix the damages on a new vehicle. STATEFARM is a major insurance company that just displayed that quality of service they provide. This is the worst experience i have ever had with any insurance company. The ought to be ashamed pf themselves and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this insurance company to anyone.
