Asked for a quote 2 years ago, decided to go with another competitor that's cheaper. Every three months since that first quote I am getting harrased by state farm agents constantly even after I respectfully stated I'm not interested.
4 years of paying into policy after policy, thinking I could trust my insurance company for once just to find out my policy won't be renewed due to me actually using the service I'm paying them for. Absolute joke of a company
Nathan S****** did an outstanding job in educating me on the benefits and better coverages on my homeowners insurance and auto insurance offered by State Farm compared to what I was getting with *********** and was able to save me $1200 with lower deductibles with better coverage. All of my extra questions that I had were answered even when I needed him to go over some of them 3 times. Yes, when I first got the auto and renters insurance. First of all the guy talk me into the renters insurance but he did not tell me that it was a certain amount nor did he tell that it only covered for certain amount. So they are not good when it comes to claims.
State Farm is akin to the novel Animal Farm. Dictatorial in their responses to clients, dishonest in their financial dealings and generally corrupt. Things will be fine if you have no claims or disputes; however, question them or have a claim, then be aware!! One star is more than this company is due. After raising my rate 20% with no explanation then again raised it twice when I complained. I then went to another insurer, but am still waiting for the return of the correct amount of my premium which I had paid only days afte... read more
If I could give zeros stars, I would. I had a tree fall on my house. State farm is not a good neighbor. They didn't even try to do right by me. State farm is NOT there for you. State farm isn't interested in helping you when you need it. They only want your money.
If I could give negative stars, I would! I never write bad reviews but State Farm has made me have the worst experience being covered by them for my hit and run. My family and I have been LOYAL using State Farm for our car insurance for almost 50 years. In time of need, this company has no loyalty to their clients and will only pay for the cheapest after market parts for vehicle damage. I had car insurance through state farm. I had to file a claim and the service was the worst you can imagine. The following are the issues: significant extensive delay in processing the claim and assigning the claim, lack of communication from claims team, communication of inaccurate information, lack of due diligence, lack of integrity in the process and the personnel involved.
