Today I was contacted by a state employees rep by the name of Alvin S****** about a claim from 2020 from which he stated his company made a double payment. The rep was completely unprofessional and began threatening to send me to collections over a bill that has already been and wasn’t in fact a double payment. I advised him that I have proof of documentation/payment showing it wasn’t a double payment. State Farm is not honest at all. Even when they admit they did something wrong, they still won't make the situation right. First off, I am not one to review companies like this but due to the current situation, I feel compelled. Avoid at all costs. They are denying hail damage due to it being the wrong color even though I have documentation of no previous damage, photos of the large hail, and security camera footage of it.

I am very disappointed in State Farm I was looking for a more economical insurance for my house and cars, I was quoted a price that seemed like a good fit. Then about 3 months later my monthly payment went up from 270to 337. I called immediately and was told that I hadn’t down loaded the safe driver app which would save l me save 10percent on my insurance and they neglected to charge me ten dollars for my trailer. They really need to train their agents so that everyone is on the same page. Everyone knows what to do and when to do it this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been in customer service positions and understand the need for knowledge and training in this company certainly doesn’t give it, I’ve never been so disappointing all my life my local agents very nice, but the company itself as far as sett settling a claim is worthless. I received an insurance check made out to me and my ex wife after we divorced. She's remarried and neither one of us can cash it. So it goes to unclaimed property. I e tried to get them to split it between the two of us or reissue it as "or" instead of "and" long story short they said there is nothing that can be done so no one gets the reimbursement. To me it's theft.

?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? State Farm Insurance has the worst customer service representatives EVER! First, the agent gave me the wrong claims number!! Secondly, State Farms Insurance is playing detective with my claims. Thirdly, I would never recommend ANYONE to State Farms Insurance.
