The worst insurance company I ever dealt with. Carried State Farm insurance for years. Never had a DUI or a major accident. I even brought my son over and my fiance. My insurance just kept going up for no reason. $200 for liability every month this last year. For a vehicle I only put 3,000 miles on. Living in ********** county **. Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Would give them a ZERO if I could. Let's be clear, they're not a good neighbor, they value profits over claims. They simply don't care.

ZERO stars if I could. They told me a set price for auto /renters for my family. Told me it was 100% for sure and that I could cancel my other provider that we were with for 8 YEARS. So I did, everything was fine for a couple weeks, then they called me and told me they were dropping my family. Was rude and unconcerned and didn't give much of an explanation. So now I have 2 weeks to get it figured out. BE CAREFUL!!!

Rental policy. I'm still shocked and very disappointed in a call back I got from a CHARLES SHIPPERY Thave been with State Farm since the age of 16 and now at the age of 42 | have recommended this company to so many, so many family members have State Farm. I've been paying renters insurance for years and never had to use it until recently and now I see why folks don't even bother. I was rear-ended by a truck insured by State Farm over a year ago. I have had 2 surgeries and have spent 9 days in the hospital. I've been in PT for a total of 4 months and still am not cleared to work. The original "offer" from SF adjuster was $5000. That doesn't even cover my PT. I have over $70000 in hospital bills and haven't worked in 13 months and these jackwads can't even come to us with any offer other than the original one. I have the same story as Ana M. I am currently waiting on State farm to either Approve my claim from a damaged water pipe in the wall or Deny. this company is a sham. Obviously this complaint service isn't going anywhere since their cooperate offices do not care about their customer service. Do your job state farm. do the job im paying you for.

State Farm is the has been the most incompetent insurance company I’ve ever dealt with!! They have so not stand on the word I had storm damage on March 5, 2023 file on the 7th of March they told me I could fix it and produce receipts .. I send pic and receipt to find out the adjuster was fired after the inspector came out on April 15, 2023 a month are so later. I was hit by a State Farm Insured Driver. It took them 2 weeks to "virtually" view my car and they gave me 4 days to find a different car. I work full time through the week, am not allowed to do personal business at work, and was basically forced into a car I had not seen or driven. I didn’t know if it is the worst because I have policies with it for my whole life but I can say it is pretty bad company. I did not notice this until recently I ran into an issue. Roof was damaged by strong wind. After repeated calling, it eventually sent out its inspect, and estimated cost was 10% of contractor asked for. I was puzzling if it believed the cost was so low, why didn’t it hire a contractor to do the repair for me? I don’t need its money, I need a repair job done!
