Have had state farm insurance homeowners/auto/Life since2012 they sent an adjuster I guess that what he was as I was not here at the time. They came on there own because they sent me a cancellation notice for paying my insurance on time I guess not really sure . Anyhow the so called adjuster comes /leaves . I get a letter. You will be set up for cancellation because you have to much junk /sitting around . Absolutely garbage for claims approval. Every claim you have get denied even when you have nearly 100 pictures of proof of damage and 3 experts in roofing saying you have hail damage. The adjuster actually said unless the shingles are torn and leaking then there's no hail damage. So you want me to incur interior damage and pay more?!?! Adjuster lied and said no hail storm went through on 4/12/2022 yet I have a storm path map proving it did and also photos from my backyard showing the size next to a ruler...taken hours after ... read more

What's the point of having roadside assistance if they are not going to assist you? State Farm completely let me down yesterday. As high as I pay for this insurance, why was I stuck stranded in the middle of a very dangerous median of Interstate 295 in ******** for 3 hours waiting for a tow? Somebody needs to take accountability all I've heard today was sorry and sorry doesn't cut it. Absolutely ridiculous and one of the WORST experiences I've ever had. reached out to an agent for a “quote” and they submitted to underwriting without my permission or authorization. The agent and even the customer call center reps have all hung up on me and refused to help. They have billed me for a policy I NEVER ASKED FOR and will refuse to remove the policy or bill without invasion of privacy and needing my personal information that has nothing to do with State Farm. Higher rate's compared to other auto insurance with discounts, roadside assistance was a joke, left me stranded for hours, representatives would only read their script and would not listen to my information. Very bad customer service,

if i could give a negative star i would. I would not recommend State Farm to anyone. I made a claim in April 1 of 2023. Had my inspection set up for 5/13/2023. Very poor availability. Then on 5/12/2023 i get a vm saying they are cancelling my inspection and I need to reschedule. What poor customer service. I called my office, they were no help. i called the adjuster and he couldn't even give me his supervisors name or contact and hung up on me. Don't ever use State Farm. Horrible customer service. Filed my claim almost 2 weeks ago. I keep having to call and be put on hold for no updates. They keep saying they will call me back....here I sit. Unreal....Horrible insurance company.
