I would give State Farm zero stars if I could. I pay for road side assistance in my insurance. Yesterday I tried to use it and they informed me that all the providers are not available so I would have to pay out of pocket 185 for a tow that's only 6 miles, not over the 10 in the agreement. They also said I might be reimbursed... I said no. Why do I pay for roadside assistance? So they said first thing tomorrow morning at 8 am they will put me in for a tow. I had the best experience with State Farm Insurance. They are not my insurance company. Got in my first wreck 2 weeks ago. Young lady totaled my car. She has State Farm. It was her fault 100%, State Farm immediately took care of all my needs. Rental car that day. Went over all medical bills, and anything that was broken in crash. (glasses, car seats, etc) They paid for it all immediatly. And gave me an offer for my totaled car and it was way over what anyone said I would get. What do you really cover? I have had State Farm for 30 plus years. With no claims, I am going to be denied a bathroom leak on the second floor that went to the bottom floor ceiling. How were we to know there was a leak in the wall until the damage showed. I can't wait to find new insurance.

Agent Brian Weimarskrinch Delphos, OH has been absent in my attempts to get a claim settled. He did escalate the problem this week (6 weeks later)His admins have helped me to no avail. Will not pay for claims and cancellation of insurance after a claim.
It is hard to even describe in words the amount of misery and stress this company caused me after kitchen flooded and I was forced to file a claim. They acted like they were my friend and then screwed me over at every turn. Getting any money out of them was like pulling teeth, and they changed my adjuster no less than 8 times, without notifying me — I would just go to call the adjuster and the phone would be disconnected.
