Let me start off by their saying state farm is like a good neighbor goes only if you do not have any issues with them. Back in April our house was damaged by hail siding and roof. They are going to fix the siding but they are only giving us replacement cost for 15 tiles, screens and now has added extra for fixing our ceiling that now has a hole. They are a misleading racist company especially the branch in mountain top Pennslyvania. The girl Who works at the front desk is rude and racist. A racist town and state . Poor customer service all the way
I thought they were a good business and see that they are a bad business. I see they like taking your money but when something goes wrong they do not want to assist you. As far as getting a good quality insurance but when I stuck in there with them I found out I was not getting good quality insurance. The Representative give you the run around. I would never tell another person to go state farm. I am talking about one specific location located in St. Louis. L. M. State Farm.
I skimmed thru previous reviews left by others and I feel 100% opposite than what others have described. I have had the best experience with state farm. I have my vehicles and home insurance thru Deb Chabot from state farm and I could not possibly have even a comparable experience with any other organization. The team there is always happy and friendly, and genuine. I can not express enough how well I am taken care of by this agency. I truly appreciate Deb and her team working hard for my best interests. I called State Farm Auto Insurance EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICES which is SO CALLED 24/7 Roadside services for help to tow my broken car on 8/19/2023 at 11 PM. I keep waiting and the lady who answered the phone keep telling us that the tow truck will be there in 30 minutes. I waited in the dark parking lot all by myself until 3:00 AM Sunday morning. Finally the lady told me there is no tow truck available that night. I have to find a way home and come back to my broken after 8:00 AM in the morning for the next available tow truck.... read more
Claim number ***********Multiple on going problems with state farm since my claim 4/28/23. No call from the adjuster assigned to me by Thurs. I called my local agent and within 30 min of the phone call I was assigned someone else. Reimbursement for the contents of my home has been a nightmare. I submitted the receipts and waited for the check. State farm in Minneapolis when Daniel C****** was in charge was a great company. Don't let Selena Martinez and group fool you. They hang up on you, they are impolite they won't listen to their adjusters and the advice the adjusters give their customers. They are not " agood neighbor"

I’ve had some really bad insurance companies before but this one takes the cake for the worst!!! We were with them quite a while with no problems at all until I was told I had to file a claim to get my kitchen fixed because we had mold and it was making both me and my husband sick. The mold was so bad that it killed our pet (cat) who was 14 years old. I will never forgive my former agent for what he did for as long as I live.
