Terrible company with terrible service. They send an inspector onto my property who walks around with out any permission or knowledge by me. They then leave a list of mild complaints saying that I need to fix a lot of minor issues that all existed (or were worse) when I originally got home insurance through them. They then don’t send my any follow-up for almost a year until i get a notice of cancellation or refusal to renew. Uninterested in the truth in claims. They are happy to intentionally obstruct claim investigations to lower their liability. They refused to call during times we've detailed as available, disregarded the correct phone number, and told our insurance we were unwilling to offer information or pick up the phone. They're claiming we need to provide additional information beyond a statement to reopen the case and that our insurance is accepting their liability claim. The worst home insurance to have for your home. Their claims adjusters look for any reason to deny a claim. I had a good claim with hail and wind damage from recent storms. They denied and claimed it was poor maintenance. My kitchen floor was sinking and obvious foundation damage from water. They denied the claim and stated the damage has been going on and was not new even though the damage was in the crawl space. ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE FOR YOUR HOME!!!!

This company is extremely unprofessional, they don’t return any calls from me or my insurance company to help resolve the matter that them & their customer had put me in. They made the mistake of providing me with a rental car to accommodate me while my car was in the shop getting damage repairs due to the fact that their customer hit my vehicle. State farm decided not to renew my auto policies because I made too many claims. I had to get my truck windshield replaced may 2023. safety lite pulled the old one and found 2 rust spots. OK. Now I gotta find a body shop. In the mean time I'm left with big hole & no windshield. They would not replace it until I had it fixed. The dude had nothing in his van to cover it up. Our catalytic converter was stolen. We did exactly what State Farm told us to do every step of the way. And after 10 months, it was clear that the part was not going to be available through Toyota and need it to be purchased by a separate company. We called state farm to get their agreement, which we thought we had. They told us they would pay the supplemental difference. I wish I could give a "less than one star" rating! My car was vandalized and I contacted my State Farm Agent, of over 15 years. I was told to look into having the window repaired at my own expense since the deductible was $500. Once Safelite examined it, it turned out that there was damage to the window motor and some minor body damage as well. I spoke to both multiple times also the day of accident I was on the side of highway I95 for 9 hour waiting on a tow truck. I was un able to find someone to pick me up. When tow truck arrived I was told I could NOT ride with them so I was stuck standing on the side of Highway I95 until I found D someone to come get me.
