Sold me a used lemon which promptly returned back
Bad experience. They wait forever to send title. Tell you they will call you back on more than one occasion and don’t. Kinda treat you crappy after the sale! I would not recommend buying from Machens. Lesson learned!

I had a wonderful experience with Lou Ann. I had searched and searched for a new car, and settled on Mazda because I liked the salesperson. Sometimes it’s just nice to deal with a woman. She took my husband and I to a park when we test drove the car and showed us how to work all of the features. No one had done this before. I’ve never owned a Mazda, but now I do and I’m glad.
