bought a car from Machens in September and they ended up buying the car back from me bc the timing chain needed to be replaced. (There was a squeak when we test drove the vehicle and we had agreed the squeak would be fixed before taking car home.) Getting to this point was super drawn out and communication was absolutely terrible. They are now trying to sell the same car for less than I paid, without disclosing the timing chain issue. I will never be purchasing from Joe Machens again.

Worst service especially for a out of state person wasting time to go and all prior expectations are thrown out and then the car I purchased less than 30 days has a motor go out in sunroof and messaged them and they don't even respond back. Bad business
They work hard to help their customers treating them like family. shout out to MC Dampier. thanks brother you and the team have changed our lives.
