RecommendedGreat price on my Outlander. Brandon was a great salesman.
We purchased a brand new CX-9 from Machens and have had to replace all 4 wheel bearings, the front axle, and now the ENGINE! It is 3 years old and we have spent over $5,000 in repairs. What a nightmare!

when you stand in the dealership showroom with $40,000 in your hand to buy a car and nobody even acknowledges your existence. that is awful business and this place will never get my money.
My husband bought a suburban and within 45 days the engine blew and they will not stand behind their vehicle. I will NEVER about anything from them again. And I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
I will never do business with any Joe Machens dealership ever again! Who the hell feels good about themselves trying to screw over a 20 year old kid?? How exactly is it that you tell someone they are approved for a loan then when they go to a respectable dealership they tell them you have to put $1000 down in order to be approved? Possibly because Joe Machens is doing some shady business with their loans! I blame the banks as well for allowing this to happen!
