RecommendedThe staff are the absolute best. They are knowledgeable about their product. Friendly and efficient. Buying my car was actually a fun experience. Secondly Machens has a large inventory. So there's something for everyones tastes and budget.

Honestly probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a car dealer. I was wanting to look at a vehicle and i live a hour away from their location. They told me that the car was in service later to find out they lost the keys while i was on my way to look at it. After they had just told me they had everything ready to go. Also I guess when they lost the keys they lost the second key fob because they only had one key fob and said that if they couldn’t find the other one then i would just get the one fob because it’s too... read more
My Wife and I purchased a vehicle. Was told the paperwork,title and spare key would be mailed. 30 days later I called them due to not receiving anything in the mail. Was then told the vehicle needed an inspection before they could send my paperwork. 35 days later I received the paperwork with no spare key. Tried contacting the sales person and others. My messages are ignored. I would highly NOT recommend Joe Machens.

My experience wasn’t all positive. In my opinion , the people are good in the service department but the waiting area is like the worst of all the Machens service areas. They lost Micki and Dave who were the heart and soul of the service department and along with moving the Check in and waiting area to the garage it had lost its appeal . No washing of vehicles or even a mention of taking me someplace while my service was being done. Not real sure I’ll go back or buy another Mazda from them.
