I just purchased a van at this time specifically for an out of state trip coming up in the first of Oct. I go to get plates, hand over the packet that has "everything [I'll] need at the DMV" and lo and behold no clear title. There is a lien on the car with no release. We didn't spend thousands of dollars on a car to have one we don't know when we can tag because the lien isn't paid off on. The worst place ever!!!! ...never n i mean never get a car from here ..
Pushiest salespeople I've ever dealt with. We were thinking of buying a car before moving out of state. We decided to wait, and the salespeople were super pushy about rushing us into a purchase before we left, both in person and when they called us about it later. Now, after we've moved, and over 2 weeks later, they are still calling to try and sell us a car. I've blocked multiple numbers, but they still keep getting through and leaving voicemails. I'm so glad I don't ever have to deal with them again.
I purchased a car last month and I was very pleased with the service, especially with my interactions with Jeff and Madison. Very professional, friendly, and positive experience. Not to mention I absolutely love my Mazda CX-5. I highly recommend this dealership!
If I could give them a negative rating I would. Over priced, but once they have your car in the shop you're locked in. Had our car from 9am until well after 2pm.. Refused to give me a loaner to go to Dr's appointment.. Only saving grace was Adren, he was very kind and professional driving me around. But I felt very limited in my day. I noticed they gave loaners to others. Service manager refused to take responsibility for my car coming out with other problems that I was NOT told of and had to discover on my hour drive home.
Great service and friendly environment.. iv bought 3 cars from them and never left unhappy.
