Derek Estes is awesome! Without his help I cannot buy my car today
They messed up my financing paperwork multiple times. They kept blaming the bank when it was in fact their fault. I have now talked to 3 people in financing and still don't have answers. I've had my vehicle for almost 30 days and still haven't received everything to get it registered and will likely have to pay late fees due to this mess. TERRIBLE customer service.
The folks at the location where they do service and sell Mazdas are phenomenal. I've been going to them since I was a freshman in college and they are still my first choice as a graduate. They're honest, up front and provide me with transportation so I don't have to wait all day to get my car done. Always friendly, good service with a smile. Thanks guys!
