My husband and I drove several miles away to test drive a Jeep this morning. It was nowhere to be found and we waited for one hour. Great service would have been having it waiting and ready when we arrived. While we were waiting, we observed your staff and not one person made eye contact or asked if needed anything. Look up from your phone and engage people whether you think you can make money off them or not!
I called the Mazda dealership for a recall appointment. Since the repair was only supposed to take an hour, I opted to wait and not take a loaner car as I did for the last recall. I asked during the phone call if there be any problem bringing my dog. I was told none at all, bring him. When I got there, I was told to wait outside, around the corner. The service department was absolutely fantastic, and very friendly and understanding! I'll absolutely be back anytime I need something done. �
Do not buy a used car from any Machens dealership. They sold us a used car stating it was accident free only to find out later that it had been in an accident and repaired by one of their own dealerships.
I can say the staff in the service department is courteous and always willing to assist with any needs or concerns I have relating to my vehicle. They have assisted me with the interface and electrical issues I experienced with my vehicle. I can say they are the reason I would buy another vehicle from this Dealership, additionally the sales staff were exceptional to work with excluding one individual. With that said I would still highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.
Dave and Chuck always take great care of us whenever we drop off any of our families 4 vehicles. They are always upfront about the price and even give us a loaner vehicle if we need it.
