I am not one who enjoys shopping for a new vehicle. It is certainly more of a chore than a pleasure for me. However, I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Joe Holland and each time the experience gets better and better. In fact, last week I actually enjoyed myself when I purchased my 2016 Chevy Trax! I had the most positive experience with Joe Holland when I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Elantra from them on 10/12. My last car, a 2009 Hyundai Elantra was also purchased from them in 2010 and if it wasn't for a accident on 9/28(no injuries) I would still be driving it. From the time I walked into the Hyundai section...Todd Brammer (saleman) met me with a warm welcome. Sales person was awesome! Service department is horrible and John Knight spoke to me like I was a dumb woman that didn't know anything! I've had this car only since the middle of June had had the same issue since day 1 but now they are saying it my fault. Sorry that answer will not work for me!
I was very disappointed in the bait and hook that Joe Holland sent out in August 2016. They led you to believe that they would give you Kelley Blue Book value for your vehicle and that was not the case at all! As a Christian business I was not expecting that from them. It is basically a lie on paper! Shame on you Joe Holland!
Will never buy another vehicle from here. Horrible business.
After spending $1300 to get our car fixed, they would not even give us the $40 oil change for free after telling them we were flood victims.
