Very good customer service... Tom put me in a 2014 Chevy sonic... When other dealer ships wouldn't even talk to me.... I have been very blessed and pleased with my vehicle thank you very much

I purchased a 2011 Sonata my salesman Steve was awesome!!!
I've called today to get help. Nobody at this dealership seems to care that I have been stranded twice! I ask for tires. 4 other shops quote us about $125 a tire. Joe Holland only wants $400 for tires and $2K for tires and rims. Lloyd is of no help, refused to talk further with my husband. Will NOT buy from this dealership again. Customer service is unsatisfactory and they want to rape you by over-pricing when u BBB will hear us out.
I've sat for 4 hours. When approval was needed I had to find the employee to make the approvals, he did not come to me. Every person that walked into the place after me left before me. No updates were given to me, after 45 minutes of no longer seeing my name on their customer list I had to go to the employee again just to find out what was going on. After finding out what was happening I was not given a time frame of when it would be finished. Undoubtedly the first, and the last time I will take my car here.
