This place is a joke paid good money for a 2012 Camaro SS and there "multi point inspection" and service tuneup included them putting 6 qts of oil in a motor that holds 8 qts if they can't get that right I don't trust them changing my wiper blades!!! And on top of that they sent the check for my trade In to the wrong bank because the salesman doesn't know how to listen at all and I received multiple notices from my bank months later because they failed to mail the title! Horrible customer service even worse service dept our service rep Dawn Bailey had the nerve to complain to me about how much the rental bills were for me while my cobalt was waiting for the recall parts not something customers want to hear bad all around from buying the car to now I'll never buy another car from joe holland or another GM product

I came to the precertifed car lot and I waited 15-20 minutes and I had to go inside for someone to ask me if I have been served. Well the answer is no and I had to watch other people come in after me and got approached. SMH
My family has been buying from Joe Holland since moving to West Virginia. Every we visit the Service Dept. or the Sales offices we are greeted with a smile and respect. Joe Holland has our business for a long time to come.
I've used Joe Holland to service my Hyundai (that was purchased from another dealer) for years. They are always awesome and very friendly. Because of that fact, I walked into the used auto section and left with a very nice 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. Again, the nicest people I've met in the industry. We left feeling very satisfied and looking forward to a longstanding relationship with this company! Special thanks to the Special Financing office!
