Thanks to Kevin Curry and Ms Shirley they are top notch.
Not a good experience at all. Broke a part on my car while doing recall work and blamed it on the cars age. Today while fixing that part, we uncovered that bolts were left loose!!!!
Recently I had a bad experience with the service personnel but today I am happy to report that it was merely a miscommunication issue that has since been resolved. At this time I would like to thank Mr Scarbro, Mr Curry and Shirley for handling my situation and restoring my trust in the dealership.
