Not professional and lazy. Service center not helpful. Will never plan to take another car there for repair nor will I buy a car from there. I will continue to travel to Ohio where you get more for your money.

Blaire just took her vehicle to Joe Holland to get an inspection sticker,,,an 08 Acadia with 60k miles .. The man tells her they can't put a sticker on it because it needed rear shocks at $600 !!!!!!! Just called Advance auto ,, the are only $44 for factory AC Delco shocks !!!!!! I called to confront him and tell him by law shocks are not part of a state inspection... He hung up the phone on me !!!!!!!! Not too long ago, my Tahoe was acting up in Charleston. I was able to make it to Joe Holland's parking lot...my sensor needed replaced. I was very thankful to find out it was under warranty. :) They pulled it right in and fixed it in no time. Dawn (in service) was amazing and very kind. :)
When my son bought his truck there back in March we told them we wanted the truck registered at his address not his grandfathers, since his grandfather co-signed/co-buyer with him. We got the registration and it was only in his grandfathers name and address. Called and had to go round and round to get it changed. Was all supposed to have been fixed but when we got the registration again the names are both on there but again it's the wrong address.
