I cannot speak on the behalf of the sales department however I can tell you to never get your car serviced at their service department. They have the worst customer service ever and won't return any calls in regards to any concerns you may have. Save yourself the headache
Good luck if you buy a vehicle from joe holland. Went to get my first service done and told me my front end was out of line. Only 6000 miles on my truck. Made me pay for it. Because I put a simple level kit on front. The service guy was a dick. And the salesman won't even call me back. As I was in the waiting room the service man kept coming in and telling everyone that there front end was out of line. Grant you we live in Boone co west va. So what can you expect on pot holes. I went to this lot not once, but twice looking at a new Z-71 midnight edition Colorado. Both times I was never greeted nor approached by a salesman asking if i needed help or if there was anything he could do for me. I guess looking at a 42k truck isn't good enough for them so I don't know if I'll ever step foot on this lot again. Might be time to go to Moses.
Wouldn't work on my car because I bought a used GM transmission harness and the cheap aluminum radiator guard on the car was broken. What possible difference could that make in doing some mechanic work? Will never go back.
My wife and I decided to purchase our first new car from Joe Holland Chevrolet, and I can say this, anytime we purchase another vehicle, we'll be back! Nate and Rob showed us such courtesy, kindness, and professionalism that is rarely seen anymore. Rob was by far the best salesman I have ever had the privilege of working with!
