People were friendly, but not happy with my service visit. My appointment was at 920, I was stuck there till 130. I was there for oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed an alignment, so I gave in and paid the 80$ to get it aligned. Their machines must be off, or out of calibration because my truck now pulls hard to the left. Money wasted, and now I need to take it somewhere else to get the alignment checked. Truck had less than 30k miles on it and it drove like a dream before I took it there. Dawn helped me and was kind and attentive to what I needed. Unfortunately since they could not duplicate the problem with the Bluetooth on my radio it was not fixed. MyLink is horrible. They should update the radio to Apple car play
Grant was a fabulous salesman, no pressured sales gimmicks and he was easy to talk with. My one negative was how long it took to get everything finalized, felt like we were in an interrogation. 10:30am to 4:30pm!! We did not even test drive as we knew what we wanted! Love love the truck we bought!
