So confused as to why one of your employees is allowed to refer to people in racists manners.
Yesterday I went to Joe Holland to get the transmission looked at on my Volkswagen Jetta. Ed Kordusky was a very friendly person who showed me nothing but respect and actually listened to my concerns unlike other places in the valley. He even helped me save some money! The diagnostic fee is a little too pricey in my opinion, however with customer service like this I know I'll be back.
Everyone was very polite, I was in and out with no issues. Fast oil change, quick and painless! Great job service dept!

Service was Professional, timely and economical. Agents were friendly and courteous. Comfortable waiting area equipped with WiFi and accessories to charge mobile devices. Pleasant visit.
Benny our salesman was so nice. He showed us all about our new car. He listened to what we wanted and fixed it so we could buy the car. I got an excellent rebate because I’m a teacher. The financial lady was the nicest too! She helped us to get an extended warranty!
I received excellent customer service from Cody. The service department is very efficient and the staff are very polite. The shuttle made getting to and from my appointment convenient. Once I returned I enjoyed a cup of hot tea as I waited a short period while they were finishing up the service on my Hyundai Tucson.
Ask for Clark. He did a great job working with me.
Had a Great experience with Erick Meadows with buying a car!! He answered all of our Questions with out trying to sell us a car ! Let us make our decision with out any pressure !!!
