As always Tom Allen was beyond wonderful helping my husband a I find the ideal suv. We have bought several vehicles at Joe Holland and have advised others to shop there. This winter we decided we needed to trade my car for a suv. Yes I did shop the internet for several suvs I thought I would like but we decided to go talk to Tom and yet again he helped us with the RIGHT purchase. I am so happy with my 2015 Tahoe. Car shopping is stressful. I had been corresponding with another representative and making travel plans to the dealership (I live over 2 hours away) for a couple of weeks. On the day I was set to come, I had some disappointment in the rep I had been corresponding with and wasn't sure I would be making the trip after all. I purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I am very pleased that i went back to Joe Holland to experience another car buying. Andres Espinoza was knowledgeable and very kind and above honest. I highly recommend him. I have went to other car lots and i can say that Joe Holland hires some of the best people.
We saw a vehicle at Joe Holland on a third part site. On contacting the dealership, I asked them to take detailed photos of the vehicle as we lived quite a distance away and did not want to make the trip to find out the vehicle was not in the condition we expected. I just purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax from Joe Holland. I have to say this was the easiest pain free car buying experience I have ever had. Bought four cars from this place, and couldn’t make a deal today over a few hundred dollars!!! Will never buy another car from them and will let everyone know how they treated a customer today!!!!!!!!

The new salesman, Doug, helped me find exactly the SUV I wanted and the entire process was easy and quick. He was great! I have never had such a good experience at a dealership. I'm a lifer now and I will always come back to Joe Holland for future purchases.
