Was told that I'd be called when work was complete. Work was done at 10:30AM, but no one called. I had to drive to dealership near closing time to ask about work. Also vehicle operated worse than when dropped off. Mechanic incorrectly installed hoses that were recalled and I had to drive back to dealership with transmission problems. Would not take my vehicle back to this dealer.
I dropped off my SUV for new tires and all wheel alignment. I was greeted professionally and friendly as I checked in and later when I picked up SUV. I was given an approximate time of completion. The service was done promptly and in less time than the estimated time. Upon checking the alignment, it all checked out and a new alignment was not required. This is a big reason I use Joe Holland Service Department. They are Professional, Courteous, Friendly and Trustworthy. Along with giving great service.
I purchased my first vehicle from Joe Holland. I have always received prompt reliable service from the friendly, and polite Service Department Staff. It was a pleasure to discover a business which cares not only for your vehicle but treat their customers so nicely.

Had an appointment for an oil change. I was told when I arrived on time that there were 5 people ahead of me so it was going to be a while for me to wait. Almost 2 hours for an oil change. Why do you take appointments if they mean nothing to your schedule?
Steve Holmes was amazing! My 19 year old son just bought a car from him and he was so patient and really helped him find a car to fit his budget. We never felt pressured or like he didn't have time for us! He is truly a class act! Thank you so much for making his first car purchase a pleasant one!
