Tl:Dr A main-dealer service that left me stranded the very next day. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would but I can't. Service people were very courteous and professional. They solved a problem that another dealership failed to solve.
TL;DR: The aftermarket service is just outright bad experience. The dealership is quite inapt in servicing. I honestly would have found it a bit hilarious if I wasn't paying money for the level of service provided. Brought a car to them with a broken mirror. Literally, got the car in and told them, figure what needs to be fixed. They quoted me the price and 2 weeks of lead time. 2 weeks turned into almost 4 months (they managed to paint the parts in the wrong color. How? I don't know).
