When I can’t go back in a room with my daughter cause I have all kids with me is bullshit let’s be honest me being in the waiting room or being with her the flu is around me regardless there logic beyond me
So let me get this straight ER crew.... You have a patient come in with stroke symptoms and you put her in a room for 5 hours you run no tests no blood work just put her on a monitor and then a doc comes in and gives her medicines for something they ran no tests for and you tell her she has. This is our 2nd horrible experience with this ER and being I work at a hospital and know there are proticals that have to be followed with stroke signs I will be taking further action to report this hospital for the lack of care. My mom was told she needs a transfusion and she is down by 2 units. That was 3 hours ago and she is still waiting for a room. I had to call the desk 3 times when she needed to use the restroom and finally had to go out and ask for a bedpan
I'm not the type to publicly bash anyone or place, but to no surprise to anyone. My fiance and I left Hardin Memorial Hospital at 12:40, 3 hours after we got there and never once was helped! With still 10 people ahead of her. People next to us were there for 5 hours with still 7 before them!!! The most irate I've been in so long so if your wondering if you should take your loved one or friend to Louisville instead of HMH..... I can not express enough to pleaseee do so! I’ve recently had to visit HMH emergency room twice in the past two days due to my daughters illness and I couldn’t thank the nurses enough for their patience with my daughter. On 12/24 they gave my daughter a teddy bear and worked with me as best as possible to keep her comfortable! 12/25 Christmas Day I want to give a good thumbs up to Med tech Magen and RN Theresa for how helpful , caring and sweet they were making our stay as comfortable as possible and working with my daughter as best as they could within their means th... read more
Will drive to jewish before going to hmh. Never a good experience
I do not even want to give it a one star. While I was in labor, I was in there for hours without any help. Than one nurse would not keep asking about my other son. Apparently when you say a situation is something you don't wish to talk about it immediately becomes suspicious. Took my child to the nursery without telling me. Never came in to check on her nor I. Worst nurses I have ever experienced at Hardin Memorial and now we are going through a lot of hell because of the nurse saying I missed one appointment. Fuck Hardin Me... read more
Literally waiting almost 10 hours . Way to go HMH.
8 year old daughter was taken from school by ambulance... seizure due to high fever.. 2hours and 20minutes before we ever seen the first doctor....... although nurses were great! Room 36
