RecommendedI showed up and they took me right back in the er...i was outta there within 2 hours ...and they gave me plenty of heated blankets!!!
I was in the hospital in April and everyone treated me so good. Also was at the er late summer. Was in and out in about 3hrs. The Dr s treated me great.
Had an outpatient procedure done there yesterday. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. We were there less time than the estimate. Also, took teenage son to the ER this summer with a facial cut that needed stitches. They had us out of there very quickly..
Family member in ER diagnosed with Diabetic ketoacidosis. Took 5 hours to get insulin in her and sugar was running over 500 all day. Then to top that off they wanted to send her to Louisville because they don’t have enough ICU beds? A multimillion dollar hospital and they don’t have enough beds?? And not only not enough beds but not enough doctors and nurses to handle the patients they have. Some areas are closed off, why? Some rooms not occupied in some areas, why? retraining staff--firing incompetent doctors...read notes from Doctors & nurses before making changes to meds, etc...Listen to patient & family members instead of making ungrounded assumptions...
Not real happy. Wife brought in for severe left side stomach pain. Pain so bad she was crying and doubled over. Set in the waiting room for 2 hrs. Then put in a room and on the computer was a tube of blood with some other patients info on it. I’m sure that was a law violation. 3 hrs later a hateful nurse named roxy came In and made it obvious she was not happy to be in my wife’s room. Next time I will make the ride to Bullitt county or Louisville.
Brought my daughter in with a head injury. She fell and hit her head and is now vomiting and she also passed out when she fell. Hear we are 3 hrs in a room still haven’t seen a doctor nurse has only come in to get vitals glad my child seems to be ok wouldn’t know she hasn’t even been looked at. Way to good that’s such good care
They take too long for someone to be seen, and taken into surgery just for removing a port out.
10 hours and can't even help a migraine. This whole hospital staff needs training or replacement.
