Just curious as to who decides what company the ER physicians use to bill through. This is the second time I've used the ER in the past couple years and didn't realize it the first time but caught it this second time, the company did not bill my insurance. This time they tried to say they were told it was a work injury but I was in there for a diverticulitis attack. Last year it was for unlimited swelling. Their E.R. is a joke. My mother in law has been there for almost 2 hours and doctor just now came in to see her. The last time I took her we were in the E.R. 8 hours. Saw doc once in then never saw him again until 5 hours later. This would be a good place for a hospital. They suck. If I have to go to the E.R. I will take my chances going to Louisville.
I have been in and out of the hospital since 2013 and I have been treated with the utmost respect and everyone I have ever came in contact with has been very caring and friendly. I have had my life saved more than once, the last time was 20th 0f Nov. and I spent a week in there. Dr's. Bell, Buchanan, Chris Godfrey and Dr. Haider were wonderful in showing me that they cared about me as always. They explain everything and ask if I have any questions as always. I Love HMH!!!
I was in a room for 25 mins when the registrar came in to get insurance info. I had to ask her to have a nurse come in bc no one had check on me. The doctor finally came in after being here 35 mins and said we will give you a shot and there is nothing else we can do. Ashley (a nurse came in after 45 mins of being here to give a shot and I told her I don’t want it (so I don’t have to pay for it). Unfortunately I've spent a lot of time there in the last few years but if you have to be sick, HMH is the hospital to get going again. Great Docs great nurses and staff!
This place sucks you got bed bugs and are trying to hide it you go there and set for 5 to 6 hours many moor then go to a room and set some moor the hell with y'all that's why I go to twin lakes medical center in leitchfield you don't set there long at all I'm fun with this place
