Waited 3 hours to see a nurse practitioner after my husband was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Suspected broken knee, wrist, shoulder, neck and large contusion above his eye. They didn't even bother to clean the abrasions. They removed his shirt causing shoulder and neck movement despite being told that he was hurting. Horrible, neglectful experience.
The staff was great but the service was extremely slow..
Pretty good service, although the wait was long because the ER was crowded.
