One of the worse .. !! I wound up signing a paper and leaving.. never in my life.. smh*
I was seen on Wednesday night. I came in for a migraine that I've had for two weeks now and high blood pressure. When they put me in triage. , My blood pressure was 164/115. At 10 pm I was put into a room in the er and hooked up to the monitors. My husband stayed until 1130. From 10 pm to 130 am no one checked on me at all. I had to call the nurse 3 times and no one ended up coming. A Dr finally came in around 140 . She said we can give you something for your headache. Mind you hav I have horrible veins, but still. Worst ever service I've ever received!! I can't believe I was there for 9 hours and still wasn't seen after I complained of chest pains!! I mean 9 hours!!and my blood pressure was taken 2 times and high!!! I'm covered under tricare if I ask for a ekg just give me one!! Don't tell me!! No!! 6 hours in the waiting area and 3 hours in the room!! Never saw a doctor finally got up and left!! Can't believe they want the military to use you guys!! The best crew medically we have ever experienced. Totally professional and dedicated staff and nurses and doctors.
I've been going to this Hospital for almost fifty years. I have four Doctors and the HMH staff have been wonderfull and always professional.
Nurses were there when you needed them and aides also. Physical therapy was informative and very helpful.
This place is awful, I waited 7 hrs there and was never seen and I might I had already been to care first for 3 hrs and they transferred me there. I hope I never have to go back.
