Went in with a spider bite that had my finger swelled up so bad it was splitting open, ended up sitting in the waiting room for almost 5 hrs. While I watched at least 10 people that came in after me get treated and leave. Asked for the house manager ended up having to call her on my cell to get to talk to her and told her what was going on. Her response was well I'm sorry we are the 4th busiest er in the state. Had hip replacement and was very pleased with my care from beginning to end! Great doctors, nurses and physical therapists! Should have done the procedure sooner!
I've heard much negativity about HMH. From my personal experience, those folks in the ER and the PCU do not care. They OVER care. Thanks to all the RNs RNAs, nutritionalists, the ER folks and if course the Drs. I appreciate what it is you guys do. Thanks
When pretty fast for the minor injury I had through the ER.
