I took my grandchild yesterday. And she was seen within the hr. They so attentive she felt comfortable to answer their questions. I myself have been to HMH many times and have been admitted and they have treated me with so much care. Thank you HMH
My first two nurses was amazing an I give them a 5 star. So was ct tech. Only had them for 2 hours. The rest of the nurse's was very rude. Wait time was crazy
Emergency department was great, professional staff and took all my concerns to heart.
First time I've been seen that fast, unless they thought I was having heart attack. Then they do move fast. I cut my finger and couldn't get it to stop bleeding. They took care of it, cleaned, dressed it and gave me a tetanus shot (had to sit and wait to be sure no reaction). Seemed much more organized and more carrying, from triage all the way through, than I've seen in a long time. Everyone was friendly, caring, and gentle. Seemed they actually tried not to hurt me. I think they need more Dr...sat for 9 1/2 hours and still have no answers
I understand the most severe cases go first. We arrived at 12 a.m. with my fiance saying he had difficulty breathing. We then proceeded to wait for 3 hours and he wasn't even on an oxygen tank. We left after I asked the nurse how much longer it would take for us to be see the doctor she said there six ahead of us. When we go there there were only 6 people there.
